In 1997 Sucre d’Orge set up the SOS Doudou® service at the request of parents. That way, if I lose my favourite soft toy Sucre d’Orge will replace it quickly for me, even if it’s several years old. It’s practical: they always keep a stock of all their soft toy models. (depending on available stocks).
